4. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to list an NGO or track donations.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. NGO Listings

• NGOs listed on Daansetu are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and donation utilization.
• Daansetu does not guarantee the authenticity of any NGO but takes reasonable verification measures.
• If you find any suspicious activity, please report it to us immediately.

6. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Daansetu facilitates connections between donors and NGOs and may use third-party payment gateways to process donations securely.
• Daansetu is not responsible for the use of funds by NGOs after donations are transferred.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Daansetu for any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Upload harmful content, viruses, or malicious code.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Intellectual Property
